Hi, I’m Samantha Faddis — structural engineer, hybrid athlete, and mom of two.
The Hybrid Garage started in our actual garage; a space where early-morning lifts, nap-time workouts, and late-night planning turned into something bigger. It became a mindset: that even in the chaos of real life, you can still train like an athlete.
Over time, that mindset turned into a mission; to help busy individuals build strength, endurance, and confidence without sacrificing the rest of their lives. Every program I create is personalized 1-on-1, structured around your goals, schedule, and season of life, whether that’s a single daily session or a 2-a-day push toward peak performance.
