Welcome to Hybrid Garage LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing our website or participating in our coaching services — whether in person or online — you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

By using our website or enrolling in coaching, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, and that you agree to follow these Terms.

The Hybrid Garage LLC offers:

• Subscription-based online coaching programs
   
• Hourly in-person personal training sessions
   
• Nutrition coaching provided by a certified nutrition coach
   

All services are provided for fitness and educational purposes only. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You should consult with a physician before beginning any exercise or nutrition program.

Online Coaching Subscriptions:

• Online coaching programs are billed as monthly subscriptions, charged automatically each month via a third-party payment processor (e.g., Stripe or Square).
   
• Subscriptions continue unless canceled in advance.
   
• Clients may cancel or pause a subscription by providing at least 7 days’ written notice before the next billing date.
   
• Once a billing period has begun, payments are non-refundable, as digital programming and services are delivered immediately.

In-Person Personal Training:

• In-person personal training sessions are billed at an hourly rate and charged as one-time payments, due prior to scheduling.
   
• Personal training sessions are not subscription-based and do not include online programming unless otherwise specified.

Nutrition Coaching:
 

• Nutrition coaching is billed as a monthly service unless otherwise stated.
   
• Nutrition coaching is educational and habit-based and does not include meal plans, prescribed diets, or medical nutrition therapy.
   

In-Person Personal Training Sessions:

• Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 12 hours in advance of the scheduled start time.
   
• Cancellations or reschedule requests made with less than 12 hours’ notice, as well as no-shows, will be charged in full and forfeited.
   
• Sessions canceled by The Hybrid Garage LLC will be rescheduled at no additional cost or credited at our discretion.
   

Refunds:

• Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued only at the sole discretion of The Hybrid Garage LLC.
   
• If The Hybrid Garage LLC must cancel a session or subscription period, a refund or service credit may be provided at our discretion.
   

Nutrition coaching services are provided by a certified nutrition coach, not a registered dietitian. Nutrition coaching is intended for educational purposes only and does not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a registered dietitian, physician, or other licensed healthcare professional. 

By participating in our programs, you acknowledge that physical exercise and training carry inherent risks. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

The Hybrid Garage LLC, its owners, coaches, and affiliates are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation in any program, whether in person or online, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

All content on this website and within our programs — including text, videos, graphics, logos, and training materials — is the property of The Hybrid Garage LLC.

You may not reproduce, distribute, share, or use any content without prior written permission.

You agree to use our website and services responsibly and not engage in conduct that:

• Violates applicable laws or regulations
   
• Harms our business, clients, or community
   
• Shares, redistributes, or misuses proprietary coaching materials
   

 We may update these Terms or modify services at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be handled in state or federal courts located in Placer County, California.
