Welcome to Hybrid Garage LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing our website or participating in our coaching services — whether in person or online — you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

By using our website or enrolling in coaching, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, and that you agree to follow these Terms.

Our coaching programs, training sessions, and digital content are designed for fitness and educational purposes. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You should consult your physician before starting any exercise or nutrition program.

• Coaching services are offered as monthly subscriptions, billed automatically each month unless canceled in advance.
   
• Additional in-person sessions or specialty add-ons are billed separately as one-time fees before scheduling.
   
• All payments are processed securely through third-party providers such as Stripe or Square.
   
• You may cancel your monthly subscription by giving at least 7 days’ written notice before your next billing date.
   
• Once a billing period has started, payments are non-refundable since digital programs and services are delivered immediately.
   

• In-person sessions canceled at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled.
   
• Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be forfeited.
   
• If Hybrid Garage LLC cancels a session or program, a refund or credit may be issued at our discretion.
   

By participating in our programs, you acknowledge that physical exercise carries inherent risks.
Hybrid Garage LLC, its owners, coaches, and affiliates are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from your participation in any program, whether in person or online.

All content, including text, videos, graphics, and logos, is the property of Hybrid Garage LLC.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website or programs without prior written permission.

You agree to use our website and services responsibly and not engage in any conduct that:

• Violates laws or regulations.
   
• Harms our business, clients, or community.
   
• Shares or redistributes confidential coaching materials.
   

We may modify these Terms or our services at any time. Updates will appear on this page with a revised “Effective Date.” Continued use of our website or services after updates means you accept the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be handled in state or federal courts located in Placer County, California.
